All the walls and floor can be used as backdrops for the stories we are telling. When we talk about Moses on the mountain the children's seats will face the mountain. When the Israelites cross the red sea we used the river on the floor as our sea. When Jesus or the disciples are on the boat we turn our seats and face those areas.
The favorite prop we use is the foam block. It is 16? x 16? x 16? square and made by Future Foam. They will cut them to any size you want and they do have a minimum order requirement. We have made a house, a puppet stage, a boat, a bird cage, the path and much more. The squares are also used for seating. You will see them in many of our pictures.
